Great cell counts and images! My lab is studying the underlying mechanisms driving tumor growth in endometrial cancer. A lot of the work is studying the genomics of the disease. As a result, we perform great bits of analysis on cells, but also nuclei, which are hard to effectively count with trypan blue. The Luna-FL Dual Fluorescence Cell Counter has given us reproducible data and high-quality cell count.
