Reliable and time saving device. Excellent device, produces reliable cell counts and saves you a lot of time with a good workflow.
Vall d’Hebron Institut de Recerca (VHIR)
It helped us to save time! Super useful to have in a lab! Easy to use, providing reliable results and saving time!
Huntsman Cancer Institute, University of Utah
Great cell counts and images! My lab is studying the underlying mechanisms driving tumor growth in endometrial cancer. A lot of the work is studying the genomics of the disease. As a result, we perform great bits of analysis on cells, but also nuclei, which are hard to effectively count with trypan blue. The Luna-FL Dual Fluorescence Cell Counter has given us reproducible data and high-quality cell count.
Mater Research Institute – UQ
Robust results. Quicker than manual counting but far more expensive. I was able to obtain good agreement between the PI channel of the Luna FL and my own manual haemocytometer counting of nuclei stained with DAPI at a fraction of the time. One caveat would be false ‘viability’ given from background staining of AO on tissue debris but it could be useful in determining the level of debris from the isolation.
SHIN NIPPON BIOMEDICAL LABORATORIES, LTD. (SNBL)
Reliable and fast results for your daily needs. Robust equipment which provides fast and reliable results for our lab`s daily needs. Extremely satisfied with its performance. Great device and easy to use.
University of Limoges
An absolute need for my lab. Easy to use. Reproducible results that provide detailed report.
Mass General Brigham
Easy and fast to use! This cell counter is very easy to use. It gives fast and accurate counting results. Has both brightfield and fluorescence counting which becomes very useful when working with transfections.
Really nice device. Really nice device that enables you to automatize your cell counting. Perfect for time saving but also in term of reproducibility (no differences between users compare to manual counting). The AO/PI mix used with the Luna-FL is perfect to count primary cells.
