Highly recommend for all fluorescent cell counting needs. Luna-FL Dual Fluorescent Cell Counter combined with Acridine Orange/Propidium Iodide Stain made counting cells very simple. Using this system, we are able to accurately count the optimal number of cells for use in DNA extraction for many DNA sequencing Library Prep procedures. Very easy to use and accurate.
Easy to teach, use and maintain! The cell counter saves us so much time now that we don’t have to use a hemocytometer. It is great for training undergraduate research assistants as well as graduate students and maintaining the similar method and unbiased count all around. It is quick, effective and accurate. The results are highly repeatable, allowing for streamlined cell work. The value in the cost is primarily the time we save by using this product, allowing us to perform longer experiments with more cell populations.
Great! I loved this instrument, it’s easy to use and accurate. Necessary for our work and experiments!
Happy with this product. This product is convenient, with a small footprint, and easy to use.

This materiel is very poweful and we appreciate the easy use. Our team works in onco-haematology on acute myeloblastic leukemia. Many therapeutic advances using targeted therapies have been developed. We have focused our main project on the persistence of leukemia stem cells within the hematopoietic niche. The devices allow us to monitor the proliferation and viability of co-cultures very easily. The results are fast and very reproducible.
Instrument is easy and effective! It is a very easy and user-friendly instrument for cell counting. Easy to perform and provide us accurate and reliable results and the experiment time can be shortened.
Great instrument. It’s a very easy to use, straightforward machine which covers our range of experiments.
