Great results, lot of time saved!
I use the Luna and reusable slides. It’s reproducible and easy-to-use. I count my primary cells. You can adjust with programs the cell larger or if you use trypan blue, have the percentage of viability. And directly see of the screen which cells is count or not. Also count the cells GFP positives.

Best investment for the lab this year!
The LUNA-FL is very easy to use and gives reproducible results for cell counting, especially for the “difficult” single cell suspensions, prepared from fresh tumor tissue. Here, the use of the LUNA-FL is crucial for counting as it can distinguish very well between live cells / dead cells and cell debris. For all our applications (e.g. organoid seeding), an accurate cell count is essential. Also, I like the tagging option to analyze the cell count as well as the possibility to save the data on a USB stick for later.

Fast and easy cell counting after pbmc isolation!
Fast and easy cell counting after pbmc isolation. Recently had to update the software which didn’t work at first, after contacting the helpdesk they sent a detailed and well explained step by step instructions on how to trouble shoot this issue. Amazing after sales care and fast responding customer service. The counter itself is very easy in use and the option of adding custom staining’s is very handy.
