In celebration of the 15th Anniversary of Logos Biosystems and the 1st Anniversary of the Diamond Seal of Quality Award, Logos Biosystems (the ‘Sponsor’) is hosting a special promotion, called the Golden Opportunity Giveaway (the ‘Giveaway’).
The Golden Opportunity Giveaway is comprised of three (3) components:
Event 1. A general giveaway via a random drawing for a chance to win 1 of 15 prizes.
Event 2. A giveaway designed for current customers to participate in an additional giveaway involving monthly random drawings through the dates of the giveaway.
Event 3. An offer for potential customers requesting a product demonstration valid through the promotional dates.
*Individuals registering for Event 2 or Event 3 will be automatically registered for Event 1 as a courtesy.
The Golden Opportunity Giveaway is valid October 1, 2023, through December 29, 2023.
EVENT #1: The Golden Opportunity – It’s Your Time to Shine
• Logos Biosystems will give away three (3) three Apple iPads and twelve (12) US $15.00 Amazon e-Gift Cards In a random drawing.
• The Golden Opportunity – It’s Your Time to Shine giveaway is open to anyone that completes a registration form on the Logos Biosystems website.
Prizes:
The prizes for Event #1 of the Golden Opportunity Giveaway are as follows:
• Three (3) three Apple iPads (10th Generation, 64 GB) MSRP US $449.00/each.
• Twelve (12) US $15.00 Amazon e-Gift Cards
*For geographic locations where Amazon is not available, an alternative e-Gift Card will be made available.
Random Drawing:
• Winners will be selected on December 29, 2023, beginning @ 10:00 KST by random drawing.
• The random drawing to select each winner will be conducted through an automated number generator.
• The three (3) Apple iPads will be awarded to the first three (3) random numbers selected by the number generator.
• The twelve (12) US $15.00 Amazon e-Gift Cards will be awarded to the next twelve (12) consecutive numbers selected by the number generator.
• Winners will be notified via the email address that was used when registering (unless alternative contact arrangements have been made).
• Once the winner’s email has been confirmed the prize will be distributed electronically.
• Only one entry per person.
• Multiple entries do not increase your chances of winning.
Registration:
1. Visit https://logosbio.com/event_/logos-biosystems-is-celebrating-its-15th-anniversary-during-the-golden-opportunity-giveaway for the event details and navigate to the registration form or utilize the QR code found on Golden Opportunity Giveaway promotional materials and flyers.
2. The first option on the registration form is a dropdown menu. Please select the option for the general (or main) Golden Opportunity Giveaway. You should select only this option.
3. Complete the following required sections: First name, Last name, Email, Phone, Organization. The last two sections (Position, Optional Message) are optional and not required. The email address provided will serve as the contact email for prize notification; please be sure the email address entered is correct. You may provide an alternative email address or additional contact details in the Optional Message section of the Registration Form.
4. After the form has been completed, review the Privacy Policy, and select the acknowledgement box.
5. Click SUBMIT.
EVENT #2: The Golden Opportunity – You Make Us Shine
• Logos Biosystems will be giving away sixty (60) US $15.00 Amazon e-Gift Cards x 3 months (a total of 180 US $15.00 Amazon e-Gift cards).
• Customers and individuals making a purchase of consumables and/or a system from the Logos Biosystem product portfolio are eligible to register for this special giveaway.
• After the purchase is complete, customers and individuals should register for the giveaway via the Logos Biosystems website at which time they will be entered in the random drawing to win one (1) of sixty (60) Amazon e-Gift Cards within the month the purchase was made.
Prizes:
The prizes for Event #2 of the Golden Opportunity Giveaway are as follows:
• Sixty (60) US $15.00 Amazon e-Gift Cards for October.
• Sixty (60) US $15.00 Amazon e-Gift Cards for November.
• Sixty (60) US $15.00 Amazon e-Gift Cards for December.
*For geographic locations where Amazon is not available, an alternative e-Gift Cards will be made available.
Random Drawing:
• Customers or individuals purchasing Logos Biosystems consumables products and/or a system from the Logos Biosystems portfolio should register for the drawing that will take place in the month the purchase was made.
• Winners will be selected in three phases as follows:
1. Customers making a purchase between October 1 through October 31, 2023, should register within the month the purchase was made for the drawing on October 31, 2023.
2. Customers making a purchase between November 1 through November 30, 2023, should register within the month the purchase was made for the drawing on November 30, 2023.
3. Customers making a purchase between December 1 through December 29, 2023, should register within the month the purchase was made for the drawing on December 29, 2023.
• The random drawing to select each winner for each phase will be conducted through an automated number generator.
• Winners will be notified via the email address that was used when registering (unless alternative contact arrangements have been made).
• Once the winner’s email has been confirmed the prize will be distributed electronically.

You may provide an alternative email address or additional contact details in the Optional Message section of the Registration Form.
4. After the form has been completed, review the Privacy Policy, and select the acknowledgement box.
5. Click SUBMIT.
6. Once submitted, registration is automatic for the Golden Opportunity – It’s Your Time to Shine; there is no need to complete another registration form.
7. A. local Logos Biosystems representative will be in contact to facilitate the demonstration details.
8. The US $15.00 Starbucks e-Gift Card(s) can be delivered the day of the demonstration or sent electronically.
EVENT #3: The Golden Opportunity – Let Us Shine
• Register for an in-lab product demonstration of any system in the Logos Biosystems portfolio and have coffee on us!
Prizes:
• Coffee is distributed in the form of US $15.00 Starbucks e-Gift Cards to be used at the discretion of the individual.
• A limit of three (3) US $15.00 Starbucks e-Gift Cards per confirmed demonstration.
*For geographic locations where Starbucks is not available, an alternative e-Gift Cards will be made available.

Terms & Conditions & Disclaimers:
• The Giveaway is valid from October 1, 2023 (00:01 KST) through December 29, 2023 (10:00 KST).
• No purchase necessary.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Void where prohibited, licensed, or restricted by federal, state, provincial, or local laws, regulations, or agency/institutional policy.
• Current Logos Biosystems/Aligned Genetics employees, distributors, and/or representatives of Logos Biosystems products, and immediate family members or friends are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
• No cash or other substitutions for prizes are permitted. However, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or lesser value at its discretion and without advanced notice.
• No refunds, credits, or exchange of goods are allowed.
• The prizes offered in the Giveaway are not transferable.
• The Giveaway cannot be combined with any other offers and/or promotions being held by the Sponsor or any of its distributorships, intermediaries, and/or representatives.
• All taxes on the prize and reporting thereof to the appropriate governmental or municipalities are the sole responsibility of each individual Recipient.
• Each person that registers (the ‘Registrant’) to participate in the Giveaway, (if required) warrants that they have obtained all necessary permission(s) to participate in the Giveaway and have received authorization from their employer or responsible supervisor.
• The Giveaway is a limited, single promotion, solely sponsored by and implemented by Logos Biosystems/Aligned Genetics (the ‘Sponsor’) and is in no way associated with, sponsored by, or administered by (but not limited to) the following social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, or YouTube.
• The SelectScience® customer review platform is based on the current contract set forth by and between SelectScience® and the Sponsor. The Giveaway is in no way associated with, sponsored by, or administered by SelectScience®.
• Determination of eligibility is at the sole discretion of Logos Biosystems/Aligned Genetics (the ‘Sponsor’).
• Logos Biosystems/Aligned Genetics (the ‘Sponsor’) cannot be held liable for incorrect information provided by the Registrant. It is the responsibility of the Registrant to ensure the contact details provided are correct.
• Logos Biosystems/Aligned Genetics (the ‘Sponsor’) cannot be held liable for any misrepresentations, falsified promotional content, or unapproved content posted to any and all social media platforms by an individual, company, distributorship, intermediary, representative, or entity without the Sponsor’s knowledge.
• By participating in the Giveaway, the Registrant agrees that the Sponsor has the right to publish the name of the Recipient(s) during the promotional period of the Giveaway for use by the Sponsor for press releases, announcements, or other marketing literature pertaining to the Giveaway.
• Acceptance of a prize from the Giveaway constitutes the Registrant’s permission for the Sponsor to use the Registrant’s name (abbreviated), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, and/or any statements made by each Registrant regarding the Giveaway or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
• By participating in the Giveaway, the Registrant agrees to receive further information from the Sponsor in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy, which can be found here.
• Winners of the Giveaway (the ‘Winners’) have until January 31, 2023 @ 11:59 am PST to claim the prize awarded to them through the random drawing(s).
• The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to provide an alternative Amazon and/or Starbucks e-Gift card/e-coupon option of equal or lesser value including (but not limited to) countries, territories, provinces, townships, states, etc. where Amazon and/or Starbucks do not operate and/or conduct business (including e-commerce or brick and mortar).
• The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the Giveaway for the following reasons (including but not limited to): virus outbreak, bugs infestations, any life-threatening medical emergencies, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen, local, regional, or global threat and/or disaster.
• The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the Giveaway for the following reasons (including but not limited to): any non-authorized human intervention, corruption, or any non-authorized activity that may affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such case, the Sponsor will consider the Registrant, individual, business, and/or entity as ineligible to participate in the Giveaway.
• The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the Giveaway process or the operation of the Giveaway or interference with the Logos Biosystems website.
• The Sponsor may prohibit any individual from participating in the Giveaway and/or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said individual is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Registrant or Sponsors’ representatives or distributors/intermediaries.
