If you would like to submit a photo testimonial, please use the following guidelines:
• Minimum file size: 1.5MB,
• Maximum file size: 10MB,
• Accepted file formats: .jpeg, .png,
• Current cell phone cameras are sufficient; does not have to be professional grade,
• The unit being reviewed must be visible in the photo.,
• Photo may include lab members using the instrument or posing with the instrument, but it is not necessary.
• It is the responsibility of the end-user to obtain consent for any person(s) included in a photograph.
• Logos Biosystems/Aligned Genetics cannot be held responsible for photos submitted where consent was not obtained.
• Customer reviews and/or photo testimonials may be submitted using the designated form found by following this link:
• A submission does not guarantee a photo will be posted.
• Photo testimonial submissions will be evaluated by Logos Biosystems/Aligned Genetics to determine eligibility for posting on the Logos Biosystems website.
• Logos Biosystems/Aligned Genetics reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deem a photo/image or review ineligible for posting.
• Please allow seven to ten days for approved photo testimonials to appear on the Logos Biosystems website.
• Once a photo testimonial submission has been approved and posted, the contact person listed on the submission form (the ‘Reviewer’) will be contacted by Logos Biosystems via email to obtain shipping information for the free t-shirt.
• It is the responsibility of the Reviewer to provide a legitimate email address, entering the email address correctly, on the Form in order to receive email notifications from Logos Biosystems (the ‘Company’) to confirm a shipping address for the free t-shirt.
• If the Reviewer does not respond to and/or reply to email communication to provide a valid shipping address, Logos Biosystems reserves the right to cease communication and is under no obligation to provide a free t-shirt.
• The Company cannot be held liable for any negligence on the part of the carrier once the free t-shirt has been shipped.
• Photo testimonials (the ‘Photo’) are accepted by end-users (the ‘Reviewer’) in a lab or facility owning a Logos Biosystems unit as well as accompanying consumables [(the ‘Product’(s)] or by individuals (the ‘Reviewer’) that have regular access to and use Logos Biosystems Products (i.e. shared resource centers, core facilities, etc.).
• No purchase necessary.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to submit a review.
• Void where prohibited, licensed, or restricted by federal, state, provincial, or local laws, regulations, or agency/institutional policy.
• Photos/images submitted to the Company may not contain offensive content or contain profanity, content can not violate or infringe on another’s rights, including but not limited to individual rights, privacy, publicity, intellectual property rights, or constitute copyright infringement.
• All content submitted (written and/or photograph) become the property of the Company.
• Current Logos Biosystems/Aligned Genetics employees, distributors, and/or representatives of Logos Biosystems products, and immediate family members or friends are not permitted to submit reviews.
• Reviewer submitting a photo testimonial, warrants that they have obtained all necessary permission(s) to participate and have received authorization from their employer or responsible supervisor.
• Photos that are submitted via the Company website are collected solely by and posted by Logos Biosystems/Aligned Genetics.
• The Company works in collaboration with SelectScience® and its’ customer review platform; all activity between the Company and SelectScience® is based on the current contract set forth by and between the two entities. The Logos Biosystems product review submission is in no way, sponsored by, or administered by SelectScience®.
• The Company works in collaboration with Biocompare and its’ customer review platform; all activity between the Company and Biocompare is based on the current contract set forth by and between the two entities. The Logos Biosystems product review submission is in no way, sponsored by, or administered by Biocompare.
• Acceptance of the photos is at the sole discretion of Logos Biosystems/Aligned Genetics (the ‘Company’).
• Logos Biosystems/Aligned Genetics (the ‘Company’) cannot be held liable for incorrect information provided by the Reviewer. It is the responsibility of the Reviewers to ensure the contact details and information are entered correctly on the submission form.
• Logos Biosystems/Aligned Genetics (the ‘Company’) cannot be held liable for any misrepresentations, falsified promotional content, or unapproved content posted to any and all social media platforms by an individual, company, distributorship, intermediary, representative, or entity without the Company’s knowledge.
• By submitting a Photo, the Reviewer agrees that the Company has the right to publish the name of the Reviewer(s) to be used by the Company for press releases, announcements, or other marketing literature pertaining to the review.
• Submission of the photo testimonial form via the Logos Biosystems website constitutes the Reviewer’s permission for the Company to use the Reviewer’s name (abbreviated), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, and/or any statements made by the Reviewer for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
• By participating in the Company’s photo testimonial process, the Reviewer agrees to receive further information from the Company in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy, which can be found here.
• The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the review submission for the following reasons (including but not limited to): virus outbreak, bugs infestations, any life-threatening medical emergencies, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen, local, regional, or global threat and/or disaster.
• The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the review submission for the following reasons (including but not limited to): any non-authorized human intervention, corruption, or any non-authorized activity that may affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct. In such case, the Company will consider the Reviewer, individual, business, and/or entity as ineligible to participate in the review process.
• The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Reviewer it finds to be tampering with the review submission process or the operation of the review process or interference with the Logos Biosystems website.
• The Company may prohibit any individual from participating in the Photo submission process and/or winning a prize (if applicable) if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said individual or Reviewer is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the review submission by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Reviewer or the Company’s’ representatives or distributors/intermediaries.
• To request a printed copy of the Photo Testimonial form (the ‘Form’), please send an email request to the following: review@logosbio.com Please provide your full name, complete mailing address (including street name and street number, city/town/province, state/country, and Zip Code). Once the email request has been validated as legitimate, the Company will mail a Form to the Reviewer’s mailing address via a carrier of the Company’s choice; delivery cannot be guaranteed by the Company.
• By sending an email request for a Form, the Reviewer acknowledges that the Company cannot be held liable if the Form is not delivered and/or is not delivered by the deadline and acknowledges that the Company cannot be held responsible for negligence of the carrier, or for the following reasons (including but not limited to): virus outbreak, bugs infestations, any life-threatening medical emergencies, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen, local, regional, or global threat and/or disaster.
• The Company cannot be held liable for negligence on the part of the carrier once a prize (if applicable) or free t-shirt has been shipped, for the following reasons (including but not limited to): virus outbreak, bugs infestations, any life-threatening medical emergencies, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen, local, regional, or global threat and/or disaster.
• Logos Biosystems/Aligned Genetics (the ‘Company’) cannot be held responsible and liable in cases where participating Reviewers failed to read the full Rules & Regulations/Terms & Conditions & Disclaimers (the ‘Terms’) as offered.
