The cell counter is easy to use and reliable. I am mainly using it with brightfield mode (with trypan blue). My colleague use the fluorescent mode quite extensively. No more manual counting for cell passaging, electroporation etc. Really satisfied. One can also adjust the cell size and other counting parameters. Great!
