Good product. East to use. Speeds-up multiple sample processing. But the disposoble slides are pricy.

Ichnos Sciences Biotherapeutics SA
Great instrument, easy to use. It’s a nice machine easy to use and with the 8 count per slide you win a lot of time compare to the other machine with 2 counting per slide. The accuracy of the machine is almost the same that you can have on FACS machine.
Francis Crick Institute
Reliable and accurate piece if kit. The results are extremely consistent when reading same samples multiple times, which is something equipment from rival companies lack after our comparison trial. If anything calibration seems slightly higher when compared with manual counting, but that is not a problem as reliability is what we were looking for.
Cellarity
Easy to use! Very easy to use and quick to retrieve viability data.
Charles River Laboratories
Easy to use and reliable. The instrument is super easy to use also with very complex and heterogeneous samples. We use it to check the quality of samples that were then used in a single-cell workflow experiment. Really useful also to check nuclei isolated from frozen samples or count difficult types of samples as hepatocytes, known to cluster in small groups. the use of the Luna FX7 increased the performance of our single-cell experiment and allowed us to develop a new protocol for the isolation of different types of cells.
