Avec quatre modes de comptage, le LUNA-FL™ est un de nos piliers. Équipé de la lumière blanche et de la double fluorescence, il permet la détection sensible de la plupart des types de cellules, à l'exception des bactéries. Le LUNA-FL™ peut distinguer les cellules primaires telles que les PBMC, les splénocytes, les neutrophiles et les cellules souches, sans compter les débris indésirables et ainsi obtenir des résultats précis de concentration et de viabilité. Les applications de comptage cellulaire en lumière blanche, de comptage cellulaire par fluorescence, de comptage des levures et des tests de transfection GFP sont toutes incluses par défaut avec le LUNA-FL™. Ce petit compteur polyvalent s'installe confortablement dans une hotte de culture cellulaire ou sur votre paillasse pour s'intégrer parfaitement à votre flux de travail.
