Great for single cell sequencing applications
Precise counts. They AO/PI dye mix doesn’t stain debris, thus allowing accurate viable cell count which is a prerequisite for single cell analysis. We have been using it in the lab extensively and are happy with the results, we’ve recently ordered our second machine.

An excellent cell counter!
The Luna FL is very easy to use. We use it in the laboratory to count cell lines and PBMC but also to develop our CRISPR cas9 transfection protocols. The Luna FL saves us significant time for many of our work. I recommend it.

Great tool: Rapid, accurate and easy to handle.
It’s a great tool for counting cells in a suspension. In contrast to old counting methods such as the Neubauer method, this product facilitates the counting around world. Counting can be done faster, and more accurately and the operation is straightforward and therefore easy to use. The only disadvantage is, that it’s a little expensive. But the high throughput is definitely recommended and worth the money.

Great result and easy to use.
I have been using this LUNA counter for one year, it’s simple and easy. it comes with the reagents. The accuracy of the cell count is very important with the viability of cells. It is easy for multiplex samples.

Would definitely recommend!
Figuring out the right settings for our samples was a bit tricky, but it has been a piece of cake once we got the settings right. The customer service was also a great help with this and always quick to respond.
