The OnCellCounter™ platform includes three simple steps: 1. Uploading the sample image, 2. Setting parameters, 3. Clicking COUNT. Users have the option to set parameters as they would using an in-lab automated cell counter. These include the following: Minimum search size (pixels), Maximum search size (pixels), Cell detection sensitivity (1-10), Live cell sensitivity (1-10), and Noise reduction (0-9).
