Le système d'imagerie à haute densité CELENA® X (HCI aussi appelé HCA) est un système d'imagerie intégré conçu pour l'acquisition et l'analyse rapides d'images à haut contenu. L'imagerie de plaques et la numérisation de lames sont facilitées par des protocoles d'imagerie personnalisables, un module d'autofocus laser oubien un autofocus basés sur l'image, ainsi qu'une platine motorisée en XYZ. Le logiciel intégré CELENA® X Cell Analyzer traite les images et les données pour une analyse quantitative. Dans le pipeline d'analyse, les objets cellulaires ou subcellulaires peuvent être identifiés, les images sont traitées pour une collecte optimale des données et diverses mesures supplémentaires peuvent être effectuées. Le CELENA® X est aussi flexible que puissant, avec des objectifs et des cubes à filtres interchangeables pour s'adapter à un large éventail d'applications d'imagerie de cellules fixes et vivantes.
