X-CLARITY™ es un sitema con reactivos listos para usar desarrollado por Logos Biosystems, facilitando una clarificación electroforética de los tejidos simple, rápida y eficiente.
El sistema X-CLARITY™ y sus reactivos, estandarizan, simplifican y aceleran cada paso en el proceso de clarificación de tejidos. En el método CLARITY los tejidos son embebidos en matrices de hidrogel, y los lípidos se extraen mediante electroforesis para producir un tejido-hidrogel estable y ópticamente transparente. Este nuevo híbrido, tejido-hidrogel, es químicamente accesible para múltiples rondas de marcaje con anticuerpos y la obtención de imágenes. La cito-estructura nativa se mantiene de forma intacta incluso preservando la fluorescencia endógena de la proteinas para una posterior obtención de imágenes robusta.
El kit de solución de hidrogel X-CLARITY™ es una solución de hidrogel pre-testada para una hibridación uniforme y consistente entre tejido e hidrogel. El kit está compuesto por X-CLARITY™ Hydrogel Solution, una solución a base de acrilamida utilizada para crear poliacrilamida, y X-CLARITY™ Polymerization Initiator, un iniciador térmico de radicales libres también conocido como VA-044.
El sistema de polimerización X-CLARITY™ es un sistema autónomo y automatizado desarrollado para simplificar la hibridación tejido-hidrogel, un paso crucial para la clarificación óptima de los tejidos. Pueden ser utilizadas placas de varios pocillos o tubos cónicos para un rápido y eficiente procesamiento de muchas muestras a la vez. El X-CLARITY™ Tissue Clearing System II es una solución todo en uno y fácil de usar para la clarificación electroforética de tejidos. El diseño único de este dispositivo le permite eliminar los lípidos de los tejidos de manera eficiente mientras preserva la integridad de la muestra. Es increíblemente 8 veces más rápido que la tecnología original, clarificando un cerebro de ratón entero en tan sólo 6 horas. Provisto con una pantalla táctil, los usuarios pueden establecer las condiciones de clarificación de los tejidos. Unos electrodos recubierdos de platino generan un campo eléctrico que acelera la eliminación de lípidos de los tejidos durante el ETC (clarificación electroforética de tejidos). Para mantener una temperatura constante del tampón durante la clarificación, un sistema incorporado de control de temperatura enfría y calienta activamente el tampón. El tampón circula de forma contínua para mantener una capacidad de tampón estable, el control de la temperatura y para eliminar cualquier subproducto de la clarificación de tejidos. Se trata de un sistema avanzado que garantiza una clarificación de tejidos rápida, eficaz y uniforme.

This product was effective at clearing my tissue samples. It cleared whole brains, hearts, stomach, kidneys, livers, etc. The user manual was easy to read and easy to follow. There is little attention and maintenance required while the system in running.
