Puede crear protocolos de contaje personalizados y específicos para distintas células o simplemente utilizar el protocolo de recuento predeterminado, siendo éste adecuado para la mayoría de las líneas celulares. Las células marcadas con un círculo verde indica una célula viva, y un círculo rojo indica una célula muerta, lo que facilita la verificación de la precisión de cada recuento.
