The data obtained is reliable and reproducible. Small disadvantage: for some lines, the device does not seem to count correctly (low cell concentration and very low viability obtained on the LUNA-II compared to the results obtained in cell Malassez). Perhaps it is due to the fact that these cells are deformed base? For having the ability to use another cell counter of another brand, the count on the LUNA-II is two to three times longer. But the team and I are nevertheless satisfied with the product!
