Incredibly efficient and versatile.
Our lab (Louisiana State University’s department of Civil and Environmental Engineering) bought the Logos LUNA-II cell counter for the purpose of counting amoeba and measuring its viability after disinfection experiments. It has been incredibly easy to use and does its job well (and honestly has saved me tons of time that I can devote to other graduate student responsibilities). Not only has it helped me count my amoeba, it has helped the other grad and undergrad students in our lab for counting E. Coli. Thanks!
