Great for counting erythrocytes.
We use this to count RBCs in whole blood and it is simply way faster and easier than using a hemacytometer. The automated cell counter is excellent and extremely convenient. Using trypan blue, we are able to clearly differentiate between erythrocytes and nucleated leukocytes.
