Really happy with this cell counter, we have many people sharing cell lines but can rely on cell counts being accurate without worrying too much about person-to-person variation. Also great that the counter was already validated for use with erythrosine B which meant we could phase trypan blue out of our lab. Photo shows our some of our test runs to verify that it stained our own cell lines comparably, which it did.
