Very fast counting without hassle.
I’ve been using the LUNA II Cell counter for several months, and it’s impressive. Excellent, how simple is the process of loading the cartridge, and how fast I establish protocols for different cell types. One minor drawback – it can’t count very small eukaryotes, e.g. Leishmania (LEXSY from JenaBioscience)). Reusable cartridges are super robust and if you don’t need high throughput (single-use cartridges give you that possibility) you may stay with reusable ones.
