Automated Cell Counting Made Even Easier
Utilizing a haptic feedback sampling system that provides built-in volume control, the SpectraSlide® AP-1 minimizes variability between samples and users enabling more consistent and reproducible cell counting results.re. The stain solution, coated and dried inside the device using Logos Bio’s proprietary process, dissolves instantly upon contact with the sample, allowing immediate cell staining. No mixing required. Further, the dry-coated staining solution offers extended shelf life at room temperature.
Minimizing Sampling Volume and Maximizing Analysis Volume
The SpectraSlide® AP-1 is designed to minimize waste and make the most of your valuable samples. The SpectraSlide® AP-1 requires less than 20 µL of sample, saving the need to use large volumes of precious samples. The coated stain solution ensures samples are stained evenly and ~ 2X the volume of a standard hemocytometer is analyzed for cell counting.

Other integrated sample injection systems may leave residual sample liquid at the injection port, potentially causing contamination inside the cell counter. To address this, the SpectraSlide® AP-1 comes with a disposable frame called the SlideBedTM that prevents residual liquid at the sampling port from contaminating the device.
