Great results, can’t live without this machine.
Other cell counters (trypan blue method) sometimes detected debris, but Luna fL can use AO/PI, so it does not detect debris. The reproducibility of the AO/PI method is high, which is very useful for experiments. It would be great if there was autofocus, as it would be troublesome to manually focus each cell count.
