Francis Crick Institute
Reliable and accurate piece if kit. The results are extremely consistent when reading same samples multiple times, which is something equipment from rival companies lack after our comparison trial. If anything calibration seems slightly higher when compared with manual counting, but that is not a problem as reliability is what we were looking for.
Modernatx
Super easy to use! Very easy to use. Quick to run, each run only takes about 2-3 mins. We use this in lab every day.
JLU/CPI
Must have! Time saving, easy to use.
Cellarity
Easy to use! Very easy to use and quick to retrieve viability data.
CELLnTec
Fast and very accurate results. The instrument is very easy to use, allows multiple and fast counts at the same time, and the results are very precise. The best automated cell counter I’ve used so far!
Mayo Clinic
Quick and easy nuclei counting! This system allows us to quickly and accurately count nuclei from post mortem human brain tissue using the LUNA Photon Slides and AO/PI stain. This makes it a great tool to use for any single nuclei sequencing platform that requires accurate and fast nuclei counts.
Charles River Laboratories
Easy to use and reliable. The instrument is super easy to use also with very complex and heterogeneous samples. We use it to check the quality of samples that were then used in a single-cell workflow experiment. Really useful also to check nuclei isolated from frozen samples or count difficult types of samples as hepatocytes, known to cluster in small groups. the use of the Luna FX7 increased the performance of our single-cell experiment and allowed us to develop a new protocol for the isolation of different types of cells.
Curie Institute
Highly recommend! Luna-FX7 is easy to use, accurate and super fast when you have many samples. I highly recommend it!
