Can’t live without it!
This equipment is very useful and easy to use, makes the life of a cell biologist who has to count cells many times much easier! In the beginning I was a bit sceptic to use it but once I started using it I cannot live without it, I like a lot to use the disposable cell slide because I have to count many different types of cell lines…the instrument is very precise and allows you to monitor the population of cells telling you their average size, how many cells are present in the field, and even allows you to calculate directly your dilution for downstream purposes. I like the fact that you can save a picture of how your cells look and all the data, for teaching purposes and documenting your work is ideal!
