All prices displayed on the online store are listed in United States dollars are for US customers only.
Despite our efforts, a few products in our online store may be incorrectly priced. We will verify all prices as part of our order processing procedures and if in case incorrect pricing occurs we will provide you with correct pricing in the order confirmation prior to arranging shipment. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience you might experience.
Sales tax is charged according to the state to which the product is shipped, unless you provide an exemption certificate for sales tax.

Our online store accept orders from customers who are shipping to addresses in the United States only. All products will be shipped at ambient temperature with UPS. Priority level shipping for overnight delivery and 2-day can be accommodated but 1) must be selected when ordering and 2) is only available for certain products as indicated.
To obtain shipping costs, add products to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout page. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. We will inform you of any exceptional delays or backorder situations as soon as possible. We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We are committed to making your purchasing experience as smooth as possible. Upon receipt of your order, inspect product packages upon delivery to ensure that all components have been included. If anything is missing, contact your local distributor. Damage that may occur during shipping and handling is not covered by warranty and must be filed with the carrier.

Upon receipt of your order, inspect product packages upon delivery to ensure that all components have been included. If anything is missing, defective, or damaged, you must notify Logos Biosystems in writing (firstname.lastname@example.org) with details about your purchase and the defect within ten business days and hold the goods until we send written instructions concerning how to proceed. Shipping and handling related damages are not covered by warranty and must be filed with the carrier. Failure to notify us within ten business days after the receipt of the products will constitute acceptance of the products as having been delivered without shortages, defects, or damages of any kind. Once we receive your written notification, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. After obtaining an RMA, return the product(s) by the specified courier following the approved guidelines. Products may be returned within 30 days for replacement or adjustment. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product. We will only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged.
Hazardous materials authorized for return must be packed, labeled and shipped in accordance with DOT regulations governing transportation of hazardous materials and any other applicable requirements.

We will grant a full refund for products not supplied in accordance with your orders and for products that are defective at the time of receipt. Logos Biosystems may grant a partial refund for products ordered in error with the exception of any shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. After obtaining an RMA, please return the product(s) by the specified courier following the approved guidelines.
We will not grant refunds for (i) discontinued products, (ii) third-party purchases, (iii) products not purchased from the online store, (iv) products that are outdated, shelf-worn, used, defaced, or contaminated and, therefore, unsuitable for return to stock and resale as new, (v) reagents that have been opened but are not defective, and (vi) products that have left the United States.
We will make every effort to process the refund as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
